Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this recent image disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing different sections of the estate.

Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.

Additional documentation released as part of the current investigative process.
